AI Room is a self-serve platform built around two core spaces. Every user gets an isolated workspace, with personal tiers for individual practitioners and organization-capable workspaces for teams.
Meeting Rooms
Topic-focused group rooms where people and custom AIs deliberate together on a shared, continuous transcript. Every participant sees the same discussion context, evaluates findings together, and brings external models (such as your ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok) into the room as standing seats through MCP.
The AI Factory
Your workshop to build, customize, and name your own AIs. Connect your own model provider (BYOK), attach specialized Knowledge documents, and fine-tune system instructions. Chat with your AIs one-to-one, or share them with your team or with other users.

An AI never speaks unprompted. An admitted or parked AI participates only when summoned via the / command palette. The person who triggered the run retains exclusive Stop authority at execution boundaries, and every action produces an auditable receipt.

Your AI, Your Model, Your Budget
Bring your own API keys (BYOK) for LLMs, search, and voice. You decide which underlying model powers each assistant (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini), what knowledge files it carries, and what wallet caps govern its operations. AI Room never marks up model tokens.
Share With Your Team or Other Users
Build an AI in the Factory and share it with colleagues in your workspace or with other users on personal tiers. You control whether others may direct it in rooms, and you can revoke access in one click. Sharing an AI never exposes your private API keys.
Parked AIs & Room Permissions
Parking gives an AI a standing seat in a room. The room manager explicitly sets its room-level permissions: whether it may post messages, and whether it may archive or clear the room. Parking does not make an AI speak on its own, nor does it alter who may summon it.
Stop Belongs to the Asker · Auditable Receipts
Whenever an AI runs, the person who asked retains instant Stop authority at paid-call and write boundaries. Stopping halts execution immediately at byte boundary, with zero tokens billed afterward. Every tool call and mutation leaves a permanent, auditable receipt recorded in the room ledger.
